About

We are a child centred speech and language therapy centre, providing high quality evidence-based intervention to children with communication needs across Shropshire, Cheshire and surrounding areas.

We offer a friendly, professional service, and believe every child is unique and deserves individualised support to help reach his or her potential.

Speech, Language & Communication play a vital role in our lives!

Communication is the foundation skill on which children learn, achieve and make friends.

For most children, communication skills develop effortlessly, but one in ten children has speech and language difficulties and requires the services of a Speech & Language Therapist.

Without help, these communication challenges can have a significant impact on a child’s potential progress through childhood, adolescence and in later life.

Speech and language therapy allows children with communication difficulties to achieve their maximum potential, engaging with the world around them, both socially and academically.

How do we help?

We evaluate and treat children who have difficulty speaking, listening, reading or writing.

Fun activities and games are used in our sessions, as children learn best when they are happy and motivated.

By working closely with parents, schools and other professionals, we support the child’s speech and language development in all areas of his or her life.

All of our Speech and Language Therapists are fully qualified as well as registered members of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT), the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice, and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
